Aminiha Hosseiniyeh and historical house

One of the beautiful and luxurious places and buildings of Qazvin is Aminiha hosseiniyeh, which was built by the Haj Mohammad Reza Amini. This building is part of the huge mansion in the house of Amini, which was built in 1275 AH. In the past, this building was built near the Dezj River.

During Qajar dynasty, by the order of the ruler of the time, the river was filled and a street named after Rumi was built on it (this habit of filling the river is not limited to the present!)

The construction of Aminiha Hosseiniyeh

The construction of Aminiha Hosseiniyeh is in such a way that in the middle of the building, three halls have been built that are parallel to each other from east to west.
It is also located between the north and south yards. The halls have very beautiful sash which, all three halls become one by lifting them up during praying or mourning and then there will be a large covered area and a beautiful mirror work.
In the middle of the great hall, chehel cheragh (big lamps) are hung and the carpets of the hall are unique antiques. Under the basements are empty and the valut, cellar and pantry have been built.
Haji Mohammad Reza Amini has dedicated this Hosseiniyah for praying in the days of Muharram and feeding the poors in Muharram as charity and forgiveness in 1303 AH.

Hosseiniyeh has two floors and has halls that are built parallel to each other. In this Hosseiniyeh, Muharram prayers and mourning were performed. Haj Amini had dedicated this part of his house to Hosseiniyeh.
Art has always been present in Iranian architecture. The decoration and the type of architecture of Amini's house show the thinking and views of the people at all times. The building of Hosseiniyeh Aminiha is built on two floors and three halls. The halls are located parallel to each other.
So that the middle hall is bigger than the two side halls. Each hall has very beautiful sash.
By lifting them, all three halls are formed integrally with beautiful mirror work. The storage room, kitchen, crypt and pantry are located on the ground floor.
Brick facade with white lines and dome-shaped arches is one of the simplest and at the same time the most engineered parts of Iran's historical monuments.
The decorations used in these halls are very impressive. The plastering of ceiling and wall mirror works are eye-catching. Paintings on wood and ceilings are a masterpiece in their own type.
