Semnan Hazrat bathhouse

Semnan Hazrat bathhouse or Pahne bath is among the tourism attractions of this city and is recomended for the  tourists who travel to Semnan province.

This building is about 600 years old and has an area of about one thousand square meters and was built in the northwestern part of the Pahne. According to the inscription on the head of the building, it is clear that this bath was built during the reign of Mirza Abu al-Qasim Babar Khan, the king of the Timurid period, and by the order of their minister, at the request of Ghias al-Din Muhammad ibn Khawje Taj al-Din Bahram Semnani. The bath of Hazrat in Semnan was registered in the list of national monuments of Iran in 1976 and was repaired and renovated in 1986. Finally, in 1994, at the discretion of experts, this building was converted into an anthropological museum and became one of the attractions of Semnan province.
The bathroom of Semnan area consists of three parts: a dressing room or Sarbineh, a treasury and a greenhouse and has two separate entrances for men and women. There are two rows in the men's entrance door, which have beautiful and pleasant tiles. According to the inscription written in the margin of the work, the collection of door tiles was done by Zin al-Abedin Semnani.
The beauty dome of the Garmlhaneh roof covers the bathroom area and the numerous skylights installed in the building have doubled the beauty of the place. Poems in Nastaliq script above the entrance on azure tiles, written by Assadollah al-Sadat.
