Lezur Farm traditional residence located in Karaj city has 19 residential cottages with different capacities and can accommodate 130 tourists.

There re cottages for 3 people, 4 people, 5 people, 6 people, 10 people and 30 people. These are not any toilets in cottages and travelers must share the services inside the yard. The atmosphere of Lazur Farm traditional residence is a beautiful and pristine environment and travelers can have pleasant and memorable moments with their loved ones. Lezur Farm attracts many tourists in all seasons due to its very suitable climate and also the beauties of nature. Because the residence has a restaurant, travelers can order delicious food such as Mirza Ghasemi, Disy, Fesenjun, Zereshk Polo and chicken kebab and enjoy the taste of food. In terms of facilities available to tourists, we can mention a private parking lot, oil heating system and oil lamps, a local guide for sightseeing and visiting the surrounding attractions, and fluent English-speaking staff.

Due to the cool and favorable climate of the region, a cooling system has not been considered for the cottages.

Accommodation includes breakfast. The cottages do not have an exclusive toilet and bathroom. For the comfort of the guests, squat and western toilets and baths are publicly installed in the residence. All cottages have separate entrances and windows. The cottages do not have beds and traditional bedding is provided to the number of people. It should be noted that the cottages do not have kitchens and cooking appliances. The refrigerator is generally located inside the central kitchen of the complex, which can be used by travelers. The complex has a private parking lot, children's playhouse, horseback riding, animal milking program, shooting, camel riding, rock climbing, nomadic team program, valley tour, off-road and visiting aqueducts and pristine and natural springs. This complex has a very large space and beautiful nature, which is a good place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life. The cottagges have a heating system and do not have a cooling system due to its location. It is possible to prepare meals for travelers by prior ordering and coordination with the staff of the accommodation.
