After having breakfast, we will move to Ardakan. First, we will visit the aqueduct to get acquainted with the role and impact of water in the ancient culture of the desert-dwellers in Iran and visit the water structures. Afterwards, we will move to the ecolodge for lunch, get acquainted with Ardakan local food culture and a have short rest. In the afternoon, we will walk in the historical texture of Ardakan, visit the sesame products workshop and get acquainted with how to prepare Ardeh (a thick and greasy liquid that is obtained by grinding sesame). Finally, we will return to Yazd.
