The 130-year-old Mazhan traditional residence, after renovation in the old and traditional style, welcomes domestic and foreign guests. This traditional residence is located near the city of Mashhad in the village of Hesar, Shandiz Province. Khorasan Razavi Province is generally considered as a semi-arid region of the country. In terms of temperature, it has hot summers and relatively cold winters. This residence has 5 rooms and has a capacity of 25 tourists.
