Hasal Lagoon

Again north of Iran, Mazandaran province and another piece of heaven. Situated between the cities of Chalus and Marzan Abad, there is a village called Sinava, where you can find a piece of heaven. This heavenly place is Hasal Lagoon, which is located in the heart of the colorful forests of Mazandaran; a lagoon that has its own unique beauty in every season.

In the following, we will get to know more about this lagoon and its characteristics.

Why should we visit Hasal Lagoon?

The lagoon is filled with monsoon rains and the green algae that forms on it due to the stillness of the water makes it twice as beautiful. In the spring , the pink and white blossoms of the trees create a pleasant view with the green color of the marsh (filled with water to a depth of 14 meters); the sound of spring birds doubles its pleasure .But in summer, the situation is different; the evaporation of the water in the marsh leaves red mud on its bottom and the trees are full of green leaves .In the autumn, you are facing the most colorful state of the marsh; the color of the leaves has turned red, orange, brown and yellow while the marsh, with green algae, is full of water again due to the rain. In addition, the rustling sound of leaves under your feet creates a pleasant sound. Winter is a time of complete whiteness and relaxing silence.

What equipment should we have with us?

You have to walk a little to reach the marsh. It is better to have items such as suitable clothes and shoes, water, food, tents and blankets with you in order to enjoy the trip the most. The Picasso of nature invites you to the 4-season gallery of beauty. So don't waste time!!!
