Shokatiyeh School of Birjand is one of the attractions and sights of Birjand city in South Khorasan province. This building was built during four years from 1890 to 894 by the order of Amir Ismail Khan Shokat al-Mulk and by Yazdi architects with the aim of holding a Muharram mourning ceremony.

Historical Ferdows Baladeh Qanat (aqueduct) which is located in South Khorasan dates back to the Sassanid dynasty. This Qanat includes 16 aqueducts, and 2 springs. Baladeh historical aqueduct irrigates about 2,382 hectares of agricultural lands in Ferdows city.
